Built to fix what investing taught us was broken.

Arbitrail was founded in 2023 by a former investment director who watched the same problem play out at every post-Series A and B startup he met. An urgent need to scale. No way to hire high-quality talent at a sustainable cost. Generic offshore BPOs, freelance marketplaces, slow domestic hiring. All failed in different ways.
